Delivery and Returns
Brexit Delays (Jan 2021):
Brexit and customs delays have been slowing down some of our European orders. There are also extra charges being implemented locally on some packages (depending on the country). We're hoping this process will be made simpler over time.
Shipping for all orders will be provided via a fully tracked, express service that will require a signature upon receipt. We charge a flat rate for every shipment; please see below for rates and services.
FREE | All orders of £100 or more
£5.99 | 1-2 Working Days
£15 | 1-2 Working Days
Rest of World:
£20 | 2-5 Working Days
Orders received by 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 3pm on a weekday, on a weekend day, or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not totally satisfied you may return your item(s) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn and resalable condition with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
